This goes perfectly with waffles, pancakes or whatever else you would put butter on! Especially my Pumpkin Buttermilk Waffles

Ingredients
  • ¼ cup salted butter, softened (I do this in the microwave.)
  • ⅛ cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Soften butter in the microwave. Only enough so that it is easily whipped with a mixer, not melting. Using a hand mixer, whip butter in a small bowl (preferably with higher sides to it, because depending on your mixer you could have butter flying!) Add maple syrup and continue to whip until incorporated. If you need more maple than this, either whip extra in with the butter, or simply pour all over your waffles! Enjoy!
