Here is the perfect lemon sauce to toss with pasta or my Unbelievably Easy Chicken Raviolis. Throw in a few capers (Bet you had no idea you could…Fried Capers are my favorite!) and some grated Parmesan cheese to top off the perfect light Italian feast.
Quick and Easy Lemon Pasta Glaze

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¾-1 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon base
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
Instructions
- Combine chicken stock and bouillon base and warm in the microwave to dissolve.
- In a pan over medium heat, add flour and butter, stirring to combine.
- Add garlic.
- Let cook until bubbly and golden.
- Turn to low and slowly add chicken stock stirring constantly to combine.
- Once combined and thickening, add lemon juice , parsley and capers.
- Stir, season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add pasta or raviolis directly to pan and toss to coat.
