Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup coconut milk shake can really well
Instructions
- Heat oil in small pan over medium heat.
- Add curry paste and curry powder.
- Stir until curry paste is smoother and spices are fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and add coconut milk and brown sugar.
- Combine well and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt.
I find that letting the sauce sit a bit really brings out the best flavor.
- Pour into serving dish and enjoy with Paratha Roti
