Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk shake can really well

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in small pan over medium heat.
  • Add curry paste and curry powder.
  • Stir until curry paste is smoother and spices are fragrant.
  • Reduce heat to low and add coconut milk and brown sugar.
  • Combine well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Season to taste with salt.

I find that letting the sauce sit a bit really brings out the best flavor.
